Noumenon is an instrumental band with a wee bit of vocals on a couple songs. I feel as though I'm hearing the band play in a garage when I listen to this album, and I say that in a complimentary way. You can download their album for free on their bandcamp. I'd write more but there are much more bands that I must post today.
